Frequently Asked Questions

In this fascia workshop you will learn a series of counter-rotational movements in combination with specific breathing techniques that help you release tension and recover from old injuries. It is designed for those exposed to high-intensity training and high-stress environments, and it builds stress management, perception and physical and mental performance.

No experience is necessary. The Fascial Maneuvers are gentle, accessible, and designed for all levels. I will guide you every step of the way, adapting the practice to your individual needs and comfort level.

Fascial Maneuvers are designed to support athletes with injuries, limitations or chronic tightness. The workshop teaches you how to work with your own fascia to support recovery and restore functional movement. Every technique can be adapted to your current condition, and many athletes attend precisely because they are carrying an injury and want to learn how to look after it.

Fascia work suits all types of athletes and outdoor enthusiasts. Whether you are skiing, snowboarding, surfing, hiking or training, it helps release tension, improve mobility and support recovery after intense physical activity. Many people find it helps their movement quality as well as their recovery.

Yes. Fascia work complements spa treatments well. It can be offered alongside massage, sauna and other wellness services to provide a complete reset and recovery experience.

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for easy movement. Think breathable fabrics like soft cotton or athletic wear. Avoid anything too restrictive that would limit your range of motion.

Sessions typically range from 60 to 90 minutes, depending on whether it is a group class or a private session. Group sessions focus on guided fascial movements, while private sessions allow for more personalized, in-depth work.

Unlike massage, fascia work focuses on releasing the connective tissue network throughout the whole body. It combines gentle movement, breathwork and fascia science to help the body reorganize and reset from within, rather than providing temporary relief.
