Laura Perez · The Fascia Coach
Through the science of fascia. Not yoga, not mobility — a movement practice that blends fascia science, conscious breathing and counter-rotational movement to help the body reorganize from the inside out.
I believe in bridging the gap between physical and emotional release. The body is a seamless unity of movement and emotion, naturally designed to process both.
Stress, constriction and everyday overload disrupt that flow. Through intentional counter-rotational movements and focused breathing, fascia work gently unravels those restrictions — freeing the body from held tension.
The result is simple and physical: more space, more range, a calmer nervous system.
Fascia is the body's connective web — a living matrix that supports posture, coordination and internal communication. When overworked or dehydrated, it tightens and restricts mobility, leading to stiffness and fatigue. Through fascia work, breath and mindful movement, the body naturally reorganizes — restoring flow, balance and vitality.

Fascia is the tissue that wraps and connects every muscle, organ and nerve — a seamless matrix that supports every movement you make.
It carries load, transmits force and shapes how you stand, walk and train — long before a single muscle is considered.
Fascia links muscles, organs and the nervous system, which is why tension rarely stays in one place.
Overworked, dehydrated or stressed fascia stiffens and restricts mobility, leaving the body fatigued and braced.
Through counter-rotational movement, focused breath and gentle fascia work, the tissue rehydrates and the body reorganizes from within.
Flow, balance, vitality — plus a clearer sense of where you hold stress and how to let it move through you.

20+ years in movement
Laura's journey began after a back injury at sixteen led her to explore the deeper intelligence of the body. Originally from Saint Petersburg and raised in Spain, she found Capoeira — where rhythm, flow and awareness became the foundation of her practice.
Her path later took her to the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu mats of New York City, and into the stillness of yoga and breathwork on the island of Bali.
Blending the precision of martial arts with the wisdom of fascia science, she developed The Fascia Recovery Experience — a method that helps the body reorganize from within, restoring balance, presence and flow.
